    OWNER

    Ashley is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with five years of experience and a Level 1 CrossFit Coach for four years. She also holds certification in the Barbell Rehab Method, allowing her to specialize in restoring strength, movement quality, and overall physical resilience. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and she is dedicated to helping individuals improve performance and longevity through evidence-based training practices. Outside of coaching, she enjoys motorsports, outdoor recreation, and spending time with her family.

    Amy Grace

    COACH

    Amy Grace is an ACE-certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels move better, build confidence, and find joy in staying active. She is passionate about meeting clients where they’re at and creating workouts that make movement enjoyable and sustainable for the long haul. When Amy Grace is not coaching, you’ll find her paddle boarding, drawing, gaming, or exploring Montana with her husband.

    AMANDA

    COACH

    With seven years of coaching experience and a CrossFit Level 2 certification, Amanda coaches at Saddle Peak Fit and also teaches kindergarten. She's driven by helping everyday people find their strength and confidence. Her favorite movements are burpees and pull-ups, and she loves spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, and skiing with her husband and five kids.
