Who We Are

At Saddle Peak Fitness, we believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from shared goals. Our mission is to create a positive, motivating environment where everyone can thrive — regardless of experience or fitness level.

We’re dedicated to helping busy men and women maximize every minute of their workout while having a great time along the way. Each 60-minute, coach-led session combines a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity — scalable and achievable for every athlete.

New to fitness? Don’t worry. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and endurance over time. All you have to do is show up — we’ll take it from there.
